This is just a reminder that on Tuesday, August 17th at 10am in P3 there will be a board meeting to discuss up and coming events at Madera. If you are interested in getting involved, please plan on attending. After the meeting we will then collate the back to school packets for the office. Children are welcome.
As for the Harvest Festival/Silent Auction, there will be a committee meeting Wednesday, August 18th at 6pm at the Elephant Bar. If you are chairing one of the events for Harvest Festival, please attend. If you would like to be involved you are welcome to join us. We welcome the help.
If you cannot make either meeting, then please mark your calendars with the following dates and times:
August 23 @ 10am – Kindergarten Orientation (volunteers needed to assist with spirit wear)
August 24 @ 5pm – Welcome Back to School Social/PTA Association Meeting/Class Postings
August 25 @ 8am – Parent Meet & Greet Breakfast in the MPR (breakfast donations are needed)
